1. Will review the customer legacy application executable / source / database

  1. Understand the Database structures, in parallel our team will document the ways for improvement in database design viz. normalization, renormalizations, relationship, referential integrity, indexing, functions, stored procedures, triggers, etc.,
  2. Understanding the User Interface, in parallel our team will document the ways for improvement in user interface design and usability
  3. Review the code, extract the functionality and validation vs. functions, events code; in parallel our team will note down the changes required in terms of technology and performance improvements
  4. Review the application Architecture and prepare recommendations if any changes required
  5. At last will consolidate all understanding and prepare a detailed specification document and submit it to client for approval.
